All Dora Winchester Jewelry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time. If you feel the piece you have ordered is not what it should be, we accept exchanges within 14 days of pick up or delivery.
Custom and made-to-order jewelry, and items purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and ineligible for exchange or return. Merchandise that has been altered and/or used or worn cannot be exchanged or returned.
Eligible purchases can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days of pick up or delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
