The 18K Coin Pearl Pendant has a decorated diamond bail. The freshwater pearl is 5/8" wide and the pendant is 1 1/2" long. Each pearl is different so we will send a photo of the pearl used in your order for approval. The pendant is on a 16" round cable chain (1.3mm) in 18K.  You’re welcome to select “Pendant only” and order an alternate chain.
